The Jets, Giants and MetLife Stadium are partnering with the New York Blood Center to host a blood drive on Thursday, August 20. The drive will take place in the Toyota Club at MetLife Stadium from 9:30am to 3:30pm. Frederick started the Moving the Chains to Block Hunger fundraiser that set a goal to raise $22,500 from May 18 through July 29. The 72 days is an ode to his No. 72 Cowboys jersey. While there are still a couple of days remaining, they have already surpassed this goal and will be able to feed even more families thanks to the community's generosity. Earlier this month, Ohio Lt. Governor Jon Husted announced additional, short-term guidelines to help sports teams continue their efforts to return to play amid the global, COVID-19 pandemic. Gabriela will work three 12-hour shifts in a week. Recently, she's booked them on consecutive days to provide more days off in a row to rest and recharge.
