NFL Player Engagement (PE) partners with the NFLPA, colleges and universities, leading industry experts and more to assist current players, Legends and their families in identifying and opening new opportunities.

Resources for All Players

• The Job Shadow and Internship program (JSI) gives players the opportunity to follow an experienced employee at a partnering organization each day, or work as an intern to learn firsthand about different careers and develop lasting business relationships.

• The Continuing Education Program (CEP) supports players in degree complete and additional educational opportunities throughout their NFL experience and beyond.
• The Princeton Review provides players and their families with customized learning plans, test preparation and discounts to Princeton Review resources.
• The NFL Player Tuition Assistance Plan, in partnership between the NFL and NFLPA, encourages active players and Legends to continue their education through tuition benefits.
