As part of the NFL’s commitment to diversity and inclusion and increasing opportunities for women in football, the Forum provides women with information on how to either begin or transition to a career in football.

The NFL Women’s Careers in Football Forum serves to inspire, educate and connect qualified female candidates for Football Operations positions in NFL, college, and high school football programs. The ideal candidate for this program has a proven depth of knowledge of football and a strong desire to start a career in high school, college or NFL football programs.

Over two days, the Forum will provide information on how participants can start or pivot their careers to work in Football Operations.

The goal of the Forum is to provide insights into the different ways you can get involved in and around the game of football at all levels. The Forum is not a career fair, nor is it a guarantee of a job. It’s an educational opportunity to learn about the broad range of opportunities available to you, and gain experience and insight from NFL executives and football experts. Eligible applicants must demonstrate that they are in a position to accept, and potentially relocate for, an opportunity in 2018.

Women’s Careers in Football Forum takes place Jan. 26 – 27, 2018.

The NFL is committed to engaging a diverse cross-section of applicants as it pertains to career interests. Due to the program’s capacity size, the selection process is highly competitive.

Participants will be selected by a team of NFL executives based on the:

  • Participant’s application
  • Relatable and/or proven experience
  • Clarity of career goals
