All 32 clubs will kick off Training Camp: Back Together Weekend Presented by YouTube TV with practices and club-led fan events from July 27 to 28.
NFL Network, NFL+, ABC and ESPN will cover all the action, including practices, player interviews, behind-the-scenes moments and fanfests all over the country. Beginning at 10 a.m. ET on July 27, NFL Network will provide 16 hours of live coverage over the two days. NFL Network's “Inside Training Camp" coverage begins Monday, July 29 and will provide daily coverage of training camps through Wednesday, Aug. 7.
“With extensive NFL Network and ESPN/ABC coverage of all 32 teams, Back Together Weekend Presented by YouTube TV will give fans a first look at their favorite players and team's roster before the season," said Peter O'Reilly, NFL Executive Vice President of Club Business, International and League Events. “Coming after our inaugural Flag Championships and before the Hall of Fame Game, Back Together Weekend showcases the power of all 32 clubs and League partners coming together to bring fans closer to the players and game they love, whether they're watching on a screen or attending in person."
This year, club fanfests will feature youth flag football, community events and international activities.
With Flag Championships Presented by Toyota happening the week before Back Together Weekend, flag football will be featured during training camps. The Indianapolis Colts and RCX Foundation will hold a flag kit packing event to provide 60,000 kids with more access to the sport. Local girls flag teams will help pack the kits, which will be distributed throughout Indiana. The Los Angeles Rams will host a kids-play-free field with skills and drills and 7-on-7 flag games.
Many clubs are prioritizing inclusivity. The Detroit Lions, Green Bay Packers and Pittsburgh Steelers, will partner with local minority- and women-owned food vendors in their celebrations. The Buffalo Bills are bringing in a DJ through the "Level Up Program," which features minority- and women-owned businesses in Buffalo that have an increased likelihood to secure a bid on new stadium projects. The Tennessee Titans are inviting a Special Olympics athlete to perform the National Anthem. The Washington Commanders will host a market featuring minority-owned shops and goods from around the region.
As the league continues to grow the game internationally, Jacksonville Jaguars coaches will virtually speak with their Jag Tag teams in London after practice. The Denver Broncos will hold fan meetups and photo opportunities in cities across Mexico.
