In partnership with the Black College Football Hall of Fame, the NFL announced the players that will attend the 2023 Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) Combine and participants in the HBCU Legacy Bowl, which is scheduled for 3 p.m. CT on February 25 at Tulane's Yulman Stadium, with live coverage on NFL Network.

The HBCU Combine will be held at the New Orleans Saints practice facility, the Ochsner Sports Performance Center, on February 20. Practices for the Legacy Bowl will begin on February 21 and extend through February 23 at Yulman Stadium.
