The NFL Legends Community partners with The Trust, the NFL Players Association, the Pro Football Hall of Fame and more to provide first-class support to Legends and their families.

NFL Legends Partners 

• The NFL Player Care Foundation is an independent organization dedicated to helping Legends improve their quality of life — from medical, emotional, financial, social and community issues. 

• NFL Player Benefits is a one-stop resource for Legends to access their financial, health, disability and career benefits. 

• The Trust, powered by the NFL Players Association, provides transitioning players with support to ensure their success off the field and in life. 

• The Pro Football Hall of Fame celebrates all who played the game, preserves football’s rich history, honors the contributions of Legends and keeps them connected to the game.

• The Gridiron Greats Assistance Fund is a non-profit organization that provides financial grants and medical assistance to Legends. 

• The Professional Athletes Foundation supports, strengthens and inspires players as they transition to life after football. 

• The Pro Football Retired Players Association and the Football Greats Alliance manage the dental and vision plans and group publicity rights for all Legends. 

• The NFL Alumni Association informs, assists and serves players in their post-NFL lives through medical, business and legal services.
